Burlesque has always been defined by its originality and bold, eccentric spirit. Since the early 20th century, each performer has sought to create a unique image and personal interpretation of the genre. What is now considered classic was once a daring innovation.
In this act, Katrin follows her own artistic vision, combining the traditions of burlesque with a contemporary approach.
The result is a vibrant, high-energy number in the spirit of “Bump n’ Grind”, inspired by the aesthetics of the 1940s–50s. Set to the legendary “Foxy Lady” by Jimi Hendrix, the performance gains a distinctive rhythm and attitude.
In “Melody of the Siren”, Katrin appears as if emerging from sea foam — sensual, magnetic, alive. Here, the siren is no longer a mythical creature, but a woman: seductive, unpredictable, and as mysterious as the ocean.
The white costume, richly embellished with pearls and crystals, enhances the visual impact, adding brilliance and refinement.
